VCAS pozzolans are new, custom engineered high performance supplementary cementing materials for use in white Portland cement, mortars and concrete products. VCAS is free of iron, manganese and other undesirable color-inducing impurities, making them ideally suited for all applications using white cement, as well as pigmented concrete. VCAS contains no crystalline silica and is very cost-effective, especially compared to those using metakaolin as a pozzolan.

LIQUID Z™

LIQUID  Z™ is an integral specialty admixture protecting the entire body of the concrete, not simply a surface only treatment. It is added when the concrete is made, not after the fact. When LIQUID  Z™  is combined with a good quality sealer for early stage Stain Protection, Concrete Countertops Stain Resistance can be far superior to Granite Countertops. Remember the early stages (1-4 weeks) of the concrete cure cycle are the most vulnerable. The performance of LIQUID  Z™ treated concrete will continue to improve over time as the cement hydrating structure continues to cure and densify.  Any remaining capillaries that are formed will become permanently sealed with LIQUID  Z™ The body of the concrete is now extremely stain resistant to Oils, Red Wine, Vinegar & Mustard.  When a high quality sealer is applied and cured, the concrete countertop can be virtually Stain Proof.
